Sales Engineer, Asia Pacific

Description:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer located in the Asia Pacific region to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Quote-to-Order process. This role promotes Daniel’s flow measurement products, prepares accurate and competitive quotes, and ensures timely and efficient order fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in flow measurement or oil & gas industries is required
• 5+ years in customer service and quotation management.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process quotes and purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations in person and via teleconferencing
• Support tradeshows and customer training events in the region
• Maintain updated customer records in internal systems.
• Send order acknowledgements and weekly updates.
• Coordinate with customers and the factory to address changes and/or delays.
• Support RMA processes and assist other specialists when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (Infosyte or similar).
• Knowledge of Daniel products, pricing, and applications.
• Ability to provide technical solutions and support.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (import/export, contracts, regulations).
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
