Provide support to our sales leaders, independent sales representatives, customer service team and customers by providing in-depth response to inquiries, assisting with quotation and proposal development, and providing technical product knowledge and application expertise. will also support sales activities by developing presentations, case studies, and coordinating and delivering customer training events
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, science, or related field
•3-5 years related experience as sales engineer for industrial products. O&G industry experience preferred
•English – Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•Proficiency in product configuration tools
•Proficiency in CRM software (SyteLine a plus)
•Location: Remote – Eastern Hemisphere
Key Responsibilities:
•Support sales teams with equipment selection, pricing, quotations, and proposal preparation.
•Provide guidance on sizing and selection software for accurate product recommendations.
•Develop specifications and ensure full integration of Daniel products in project plans.
•Identify sales opportunities from project specifications and collaborate on quotations.
•Manage PO submissions and coordinate with vendors for non-standard components.
•Travel for trade shows, client meetings, and field training sessions.
•Oversee order handover to Customer Service, ensuring accuracy in scope and pricing.
•Stay updated on product revisions, new offerings, and industry trends to drive sales.
•Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and database management.
•Provide technical support for equipment testing, start-up, and field service.
