  • Industry Leadership: Support our global customer base with industry-leading aftermarket service and sales solutions.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Train internal and external customers to deepen their understanding of Daniel Products and create Knowledge Base Articles in areas of expertise.
  • Product Development Input: Provide user insights to new product development teams and contribute to the creation of future diagnostic tools and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years in customer/technical support with a flow measurement company, and 5-7 years in field service, industrial instrumentation installation, and maintenance.

Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in customer-facing roles is essential.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Skills and Abilities:

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience in Lean processes preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Experience with oil and gas customers and custody flow measurement products is a significant advantage.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface effectively with various teams, including leadership, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and global customer care.

Technical Understanding: Competence in interpreting engineering drawings, quality requirements, and customer specifications.

Self-Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload with minimal supervision.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
